Jenny and Phil's Reservation Golf Club Wedding || Mattapoisett, MA

When I first met Jenny at a Starbucks, I could see just how excited she was to be planning all aspects of her wedding to her fiancé Phil. I then met Phil when I did their engagement session at his family's campground. For their engagement session, they wanted to include their whole family which included Phil's son Patrick and their two dogs Kody and Kenpaichi. From that moment I could really see how caring and family-oriented these two are. From their engagement to their wedding, their immediate and extended family was so integrated into their lives, it made me so happy to see.

Their wedding day had gorgeous weather, a perfect thing for an outdoor wedding. These two had their first look at the White's Factory ruins in Acushnet, MA. It was such a unique and beautiful place for a first look. As Jenny walked up to see Phil for the first time on their wedding day, she was just beaming with excitement, and as Phil saw her for the first time in her wedding dress his smile was ear to ear.

From their first look at White's Factory ruins we had a bit of time to head to a few locations for photos and then went over to their wedding ceremony site. In perfect late-summer decor, there were sunflowers everywhere from their ceremony site to their reception tables. When the ceremony started, I got to see all of their immediate and extended family and friends gather and could feel the excitement of the day through them. The ceremony took place under an arch decorated in sunflowers that was under the shade of a nearby tree near the golf course. One of the most special parts of the ceremony was when Jenny, Phil, and Patrick took individual glass containers of sand and combined this into a new glass of sand representing their new family. It was such a great way to symbolize the day, and something for them to keep forever to show them the start of their new lives together.

From their first dance to their family and friends tearing it up on the dance floor to "We are Family" by the Sister Sledge, the reception was so much fun. It truly was a celebration of these two wonderful people coming together to show off a new start of their lives together. I know these two will be amazing together because they have such a beautiful love and such a deep family connection that will carry them through life.

Congratulations again Jenny and Phil!! Thank you two for allowing me to capture your wedding day for you, I am so happy to have been there for you :)
